In esports, trust is a key condition for growth. It doesn’t happen by accident. It is built on shared principles that everyone in the scene must uphold – from players to organizers and partners. One of the most essential of these principles is fair play. It serves as the foundation for any system that aims to be sustainable.

That’s why the Fair Play Committee was created – a structure with a clear purpose and real impact. For us, fair play is not just about preventing violations. Above all, it’s a culture. One built on respect, transparency, and accountability. This shared understanding is what allows the scene to grow, even in difficult circumstances.

We believe fairness is not only about following the rules. It’s also about the feeling that outcomes are earned honestly. That changes a player’s motivation, their relationship with the game, and builds a new level of trust between all participants – players, organizers, and spectators. This trust makes it easier for newcomers to join the scene, and gives partners the confidence to invest in formats that haven’t yet gone mainstream. It creates a path for shared progress.

We’re convinced that even a single effective structure can shift the entire atmosphere in a region. That’s why ESUH supports fair play not only in policy, but in day-to-day practice. We respond to challenges, analyze situations, and make informed decisions. At the same time, we work to ensure everyone in the scene understands that fairness isn’t optional – it’s the only right approach.
