Filip Babić recently returned from the final stage of eSuperLiga, which brought together 16 events across 12 cities over the span of 5 months. The organizers, previously focused on CS:GO, Dota 2, and League of Legends, took on EA FC tournaments for the first time and immediately set a high standard.

The tournaments were held in iconic venues, including a circus arena, featuring a full stage setup, live broadcasts, and a live audience.

Filip took on the role of coach for player Dankos, who made it into the top 8. In the quarterfinals, he faced 16-year-old Andrei Anghelina — one of the most promising young talents, who went on to nearly win the entire tournament.

In addition to coaching duties, Fico also participated in an open tournament, which featured amateurs and a few former pros. In the final, played live on stage, Fico claimed victory, earning a cash prize and a goodie bag from eSuperLiga.

Huge thanks to the organizers for their innovative approach and top-notch execution — this is exactly the kind of format that raises the bar for the EA FC scene across Europe.

Regards,

Team ESUH
