The Esports Association of Croatia (ESUH) is a public organization whose operations aim to increase the credibility, legitimacy, and reputation of the Croatian esports community and beyond.
OUR MISSION
The ESUH seeks to improve the quality and professionalism of esports governance, to support and oversee the development of esports in Croatia, and to foster the development of world-class players for international success.
OUR CORE OBJECTIVES
We strive to establish an inclusive, safe, healthy, and sustainable esports ecosystem with a particular focus on responsible, competitive gaming, fair play, education, and career pathways for young aspiring talents.
ESPORTS COMPETITIONS
We convene and stage esports tournaments, training camps, and inspiring educational programs.
STANDARDIZATION
The Association develops standards and regulations to provide a fair and clean competitive environment for esports.
MEET OUR TEAM
Filip "FICO" Babić
President
The Balkan regioin's most successful eFootball player in terms of national and international titles. Competed for FNATIC and SK Gaming and worked as a TV expert analyst for SKY Sports Austria, showcasing his industry knowledge. Besides, he also represents Croatian national team. Intends to help and promote young talented esports players.
Dominik "Shpaolin" Jovanov
Chairman of the Board
Competed in regular CyberLive!Arena tournaments and became the best NBA 2K player in the Croatian division. After months of dedicated work as a player and Head Esports Scout he secured a coaching position to share his knowledge with other players.
Nikita Kuzminskiy
Secretary General
Combines his love for gaming with a business and management degree, bringing a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to the table. Despite not being a pro player, his diverse experience in management roles has equipped him with valuable skills that he applies to his work in the gaming sector.
